HondaCare coverage mirrors the features and benefits as your original Honda Limited Manufacturer's Warranty.
Covered repairs include:- Engine: Transmission, Balancer Shaft, Cylinder Heads, Pistons, Camshafts, Cylinder and Crankshafts.
- Drive System: Differential, Drive Shaft, Axles and CV Joints.
- Fuel System: Carburetors, Intake Manifolds, Fuel Tanks, Fuel Petcock, Fuel Injectors, Fuel Pump, and Control Module.
- Cooling System: Radiator, Water Pump, Thermostat, Cooling Fans and Oil Cooler.
- Brakes: Master Cylinder, Wheel Cylinder, Drums/ Rotors, Calipers, Reservoirs and Anti-Lock Control Module.
- Electrical: Alternator, Regulator/Rectifier, Engine Control Module, Electrical Shift System, and Ignition Coils.
- Chassis: Frame, Shocks, Swingarm, and Steering Control Rods.
Excludes:
Tires, Batteries, Audio & Navigation Equipment and Accessories, and Regular, Required and Expendable Maintenance using only new Genuine Honda Parts.
If repairs are necessary, you should contact a dealer who is authorized to service your type of Honda, whether it's a Motorcycle, ATV, SxS or Scooter, during their normal service department business hours and arrange, at your expense, to take your vehicle and its maintenance documents to the dealership.
If it is necessary for you to obtain emergency repairs after normal business hours, or by anyone other than an authorized Honda dealer, you must call HondaCare (800) 555-3496 for prior authorization for repairs and instructions for obtaining reimbursement, before incurring any repair costs. HondaCare's office is open weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Pacific Time, excluding holidays.

Should you fail to resolve a payment issue, your contract will be cancelled, and we will issue you a refund of the amount you have already paid.
Should you have a claim to file before your FlexPay payments have been complete, you will be required to pay any remaining balance due before we can honor your claim.
